Vendor Biography

Welcome to Wildrose Farmstead! We are Dan and Kate Fulmore, small scale land stewards committed to anti-fragile regenerative family farming in the heart of the Alberta prairie in Kneehill County.

Following our own journey of seeking solutions to health problems resulting from eating commercially farmed food and using toxic chemicals, we discovered the solution to our own wellbeing and healing lies in local networks of people all working together to produce safe food, water, air, energy, and community in partnership with nature, not against it.

We discovered that good health is found in deep connection to and honour for the land and its systems, and has become the driving force behind our off-grid, regenerative permaculture farm endeavours.

Every vegetable, herb, egg, or package of pastured meat from our farm is proudly raised by our own efforts and attention to the wellbeing and nurturing of our land and animals. We are proud to produce high quality, nutrient dense, healing nourishment for ourselves and our community, and seek to expand our offerings in the years to come as the land becomes more resilient and abundant.
