We are a full market garden with over 62 different vegetables in the full swing of summer months. In the summer you can find broccoli, broccolini, zucchini, kohlrabi, fava beans, french flat, green beans, yellow beans and 3 different varieties of peas. We also have eggplant and Japanese cucumber in the summer as well.
In the fall and winter we have quite a few root vegetables and cabbages for instance we have 4 types of cabbage, 6 types of squash, 3 varieties of beets, 5 varieties of onions and and then Russian garlic.
