Happy Horse

Happy Horse

Staying in theme with making everyone’s life more enjoyable, why stop at helping humans and our pups? So naturally, given our background, our path took us to horses. Growing up in rural Saskatchewan, we have always had a close relationship with horses. Whether saddles horses, hooking them to a wagon for chores or our close affiliation with the chuckwagon associations, horses have always been important to us.

This journey of natural, beneficial products has also turned us into label readers, we recommend that everyone read labels, you might be shocked at what you are putting on your bodies. Well, read the label of commercially available insect repellents that are on the market for horses. The base ingredients are the same as the base ingredients for Raid. In fact, with a bit of research, you will find that they should not be applied to pregnant mares as it can affect the fetus and is some cases leading to the mare having a miscarriage.

So, this leads to the question “why would you ever want that on your horse, pregnant or not?”

Our all-natural Happy Horse is designed to cover a wide spectrum of insects and pests. We currently have it field tested in British Columbia, Vancouver Island, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Texas. It is one of our newer products and, as with all our products, we are looking for customer feedback and participation.
