Enjoy fresh new eggs from hens that are just starting to lay.  Our hens are running around outdoors, enjoying the sunshine and finding good stuff to eat.  Their eggs are small when they just start laying, but they get bigger soon.  So, small eggs are only around for a short time, and they are gone again.  They have the dark yolks that give our eggs so much flavour.
